Becky Webster continues to go from strength to strength since making the move to Geelong’s midfield.
Another full season in the middle in season six saw Webster finish runner-up in the club’s Best and Fairest Award. Originally taken with the Cats’ third pick in the 2018 draft, Webster has been named in the AFL Players’ Association 22under22 team the past two seasons. A bull around the contest, Webster crashes packs and breaks through traffic, driving the Cats into attack. Webster averaged 16.8 disposals, 6.3 tackles and 226.4 metres gained per game in season six. She has also taken her leadership to a new level ahead of season seven and has been elevated to the leadership group for the first time.
