Young winger Ingrid Houtsma headed home to Geelong during the 2022 Sign and Trade Period.
The former Geelong Falcon spent a year on Richmond’s AFLW list and will be looking to break through for her AFLW debut in her first season as a Cat. The athletic 176cm winger played four games with Richmond-aligned Port Melbourne in the VFLW, averaging 10 disposals and three tackles a game. The Cats see Houtsma as a versatile, long-term prospect for the club.
