The former Crows player demonstrated her powerful abilities in the forward line, booting eight goals across the nine games that she played. Scheer’s crafty abilities were highlighted in round four against Brisbane Lions, when she kicked three crucial goals for the Cats. Scheer proved impossible to keep away from the footy field during the AFLW off-season, playing eight games for the Cats’ VFLW line-up and making a big impact with increased time spent in the midfield, averaging 17.4 disposals and 2.4 tackles per game.
