Sinead Goldrick has established herself at the Demons after coming across from Ireland in 2020.
She’s taken to the new sport, having not played Aussie Rules prior to be recruited, and has had a crucial impact down back for the red and blue. Her 2022 season saw her average 11 disposals across 11 games, with Melbourne’s Grand Final being among her best (20 disposals, four clearances and three tackles). Goldrick is an eight-time All Star in Gaelic Football – the equivalent of AFL’s All Australian Awards – and has won four All-Ireland Championships. Goldrick has raw speed, natural athleticism and a competitiveness that makes her an exciting addition to the Dees’ line-up.
