Talented midfielder Eliza McNamara made her presence known in 2022.
With elite running capacity and off-the-charts ferocity, McNamara won plenty of the footy in her second season at the Dees and was a regular contributor in the red and blue. A back injury has unfortunately ruled her out for this season, but she will continue to play an important role on the sidelines. McNamara has had opportunity to develop her understanding of the game and will informally form part of Melbourne’s game day coaching group.
