Sarah Lampard was a strong and reliable contributor for the Demons in 2022, settling into the red and blue backline.
The natural athlete and hard-working defender played 10 matches last season, which took her tally to 40 since being recruited by the Dees in the inaugural AFLW Draft. Lampard’s leadership has continued to grow, on and off the field, and she’ll be looking to add further strings to her bow in 2022.
