East Fremantle's Ashleigh Gomes was added to the Eagles AFLW list as an injury replacement shortly before the start of round one, season seven.
Captain of East Fremantle's WAFLW side, Gomes was runner-up in the Dhara Kerr Medal tying with Eagles teammate and Claremont Tiger Ella Smith. She is a talented midfielder and will be hoping to earn her AFLW debut during season seven, 2022.
