The Perth local joined West Coast as a free agent in 2021 after playing 23 games for Greater Western Sydney.
In her first season in blue and gold, Schimdt played 10 games for the Eagles and was a revelation in attack, leading the goalkicking with seven majors and finishing sixth in the Club Champion Award. Her experience and craft around goals will continue to be invaluable for Michael Prior's team heading into the upcoming season with more firepower around her with the likes of the Eagles top 2022 draft pick Ella Roberts and promising recruit Kate Bartlett.
