McClelland is an aerialist capable of playing at either end of the ground.
The U18 All Australian was taken by Richmond with its second selection at the 2019 NAB AFLW Draft (Pick No.25 overall) and was the Eastern Ranges’ NAB League captain. The 20-year-old has played 11 matches for the Tigers across three seasons. McClelland’s versatility was missed after a serious ankle injury ended her 2022 season early.
