Dempsey has excellent foot skills and can play both on the wing or in defence. Injury and illness saw Dempsey play just one game in her debut 2020 season, although she played in all 19 games across the past two campaigns - averaging 12 disposals. The talented sportswoman also opened the batting for Victoria at junior level cricket and is a provisional psychologist.
