Meagan Kiely was selected by Richmond with pick No.48 in the 2021 AFLW Draft.
The 27-year-old mature-age recruit from Tasmania was a train-on player at both GWS and North Melbourne, before finally making it onto an AFLW list with the Tigers. The former North Melbourne VFLW captain, who won the Kangaroos’ 2021 VFLW Best & Fairest award, played nine consistent games for the AFLW Tigers in season six, 2022, and will be an important part of the club’s plans in season seven.
