Burchell signed at Richmond as a delisted free agent prior to the 2020 AFLW season after spending 2019 at Geelong, where she played one game.
The lifelong Tigers supporter is known for her speed, excellent kicking, and two-way running. She brings great energy to the team both on and off the field. Burchell established herself as a regular member of the Richmond team before an ACL injury ended her 2022.
