Richmond traded its No.1 draft selection in exchange for explosive midfielder Conti ahead of the club’s entry to the AFLW in 2020.
The 22-year-old has not let the Tigers down, winning three best and fairests in the past three years. The cross-code star is a three-time All-Australian and was best on ground in the Western Bulldogs’ 2018 AFLW Grand Final win.
