D’Arcy was recruited to Richmond from Collingwood in the 2020 Sign and Trade period to bolster the Tigers' defence.
D’Arcy is a strong competitor with excellent aerial ability and football nous. The 30-year-old has finished in the top 10 of the Tigers’ best and fairest in both her seasons at the Club. D’Arcy is a life-long Richmond supporter and relative of Tiger legend Jack Titus.
