A clever small forward/winger who loves to get the ball in space, Groves-Little’s skill and football knowledge has brought an X-factor to the Gold Coast list.
After having their best year to date in 2021, Groves-Little continued this into 2022 by playing a total of 5 AFLW matches in season six. In December 2021, Groves-Little announced themselves as the first non-binary athlete in the AFL Women’s competition, paving the way for others to follow in their stead. Still only 21 years of age, Groves-Little will look forward to an even bigger year in AFLW season seven.
