A Suns Academy product from Mackay, Gee was drafted with selection No.19 in the 2022 NAB AFLW Draft.
Able to play as both an inside midfielder or on the wing, Gee is a tough ball-winner who can be damaging with her burst from stoppage. A member of the NAB AFLW Academy, Gee was named Queensland’s MVP at the 2022 NAB AFLW Under 18 Championships after averaging 24 disposals per game, and was also included in the Under 18 All Australian team. A stress reaction in her back will see the promising midfielder placed on the inactive list for AFLW season seven, but Gee shapes as an important long-term prospect for the Gold Coast Suns.
