Maddison Levi

Height
177cm
DOB
27 April 2002
Position
Defender

An eye-catching player with blistering speed, Levi is a tall forward who can also be used in the ruck.

Playing predominantly in the forward line, Levi brings an added level of physicality with her tackling pressure. A Suns Academy product, Levi made her AFLW debut in 2021 and played eight of the nine AFLW matches that season, finishing top-10 in the 2021 Suns AFLW Club Champion award. However, due to commitments with Rugby Australia, Maddison remains on the inactive list for the upcoming season. In 2021, she represented Australia in rugby sevens at the Tokyo Olympic Games and was named the 2022 HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series Rookie of the Year. In 2022 she won a gold medal alongside sister Teagan for Australia’s rugby sevens team at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games.
