Dowrick received a late call-up to Adelaide’s AFLW season six squad as a replacement player and lined up in one game for the club against St Kilda in Round 10.
Originally from Western Australia, Dowrick also has previous AFLW experience with West Coast and the Brisbane Lions. The long-kicking left-footer represented Woodville-West Torrens in the SANFLW competition, kicking 15 goals from eight games to finish equal-second in the league goal kicking at the end of the minor round and earning selection in the SANFLW Team of the Year.
