The hard-running midfielder, originally from Canberra, was taken in the second round of the 2019 NAB AFLW Draft with pick No.37.
Allen arrived at the Crows after claiming the 2019 SANFLW best and fairest with Norwood and played five AFLW games in 2020. She has the versatility to play other positions as well. Allen took up Australian Football after previously playing soccer.
