After a solid first two years at the Crows, Hatchard had a massive off-season before the 2019 NAB AFLW competition and moved into the midfield from the backline.
That move changed her game, having a breakout year and securing All-Australian selection. She again took her game to the next level in 2020, winning the Crows’ club champion for the first time, earning All-Australian honours again and breaking the record for the most disposals in a game (35, round one). Hatchard is also a two-time premiership player with the club.
